Badass Digest has a new report on some existing Batman rogues that will be name-dropped in the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice movie. Two names familiar to fans of the Batman comics are reportedly mentioned in the film’s script.
According to the report one of Lex Luthor’s agents in the story is Anatoli Knyazev, aka KGBeast. However, he is mentioned only by name and does make an appearance in the script.
Another Easter egg reportedly mentions The Joker, who already exists in the world of Dawn of Justice. The reference makes sense, since Jared Leto is set to appear as The Joker in the upcoming Suicide Squad film. Unfortunately, the news probably means that it will be quite a while before audiences will get to see Affleck’s Batman confront Leto as The Joker on screen.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is due out on March 25, 2016.
