According to Deadline, John Goodman will join the cast of Kong: Skull Island. The film is an action/adventure story that centers around King Kong’s origins. The film also stars Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and John C. Reilly. It will begin filming sometime this fall and hit theaters March 10, 2017.
