1. How to register/qualify:
a. In person at the Withers Broadcasting tent at the Du Quoin State Fair from August 25th, 2017 until September 4th, 2017.
b. In person at participating businesses once the Fair concludes, from September 5th, 2017 thru October 7th, 2017. Those businesses and locations include:

c. As part of on-air contesting on WDDD and WTAO via the “Smart Song of the Day”. Listeners will be instructed to listen for a particular song to be played during a designated hour. Upon playing a cue to call, the 10th caller to the station’s designated phone numbers will be selected as an automatic qualifier.
2. Contest mechanics:
A pre-determined number of qualifiers will be drawn from all valid entries from both the Fair, Auto Credit of Southern Illinois locations and participating sponsors. Those entries, along with the automatic on-air qualifiers, will be notified and invited to the “Final Countdown” event on October 21st, 2017 at 9am at the Auto Credit of Southern Illinois location in Marion. Each qualifier must register at the venue no later than one hour prior to the event to participate.
During the “Final Countdown”, qualifiers’ names will be drawn one at a time, initially eliminating them from winning the grand prize of the Smart Car until one entry remains. The final remaining entry at the completion of this drawing will be designated as the grand prize winner, once eligibility requirements are confirmed. The runner-up will receive a consolation prize. A predetermined select number of 16 eliminated entries will receive consolation qualifying prizes of varying amounts.
3. Eligibility
*The Contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older, have a valid Illinois Drivers License, and who reside in the WDDD & WTAO listening area. (Counties include, but are not limited to: Marion, Jefferson, Randolph, Jackson MO, McCracken, Bureau, Saline, Perry, Jackson IL, and Union) Employees of Auto Credit of Southern Illinois, the Stations, Withers Broadcasting Companies, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, Station’s advertising and promotional agencies and participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Marion-Carbondale survey area, members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules.
ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Grand prize is a used 2008 Smart Car. Winner agrees to accept delivery of the vehicle AS IS, with no warranty. The Winner is also required to pay tax, title, and license fee’s. The Winner also has the option of accepting $2,000 cash instead of the car.
A 1099 form will be completed and filed with the I.R.S. for the grand prize winner.
Delivery of the car will be at the Marion Location of Auto Credit of Southern Illinois, 1100 W DeYoung ST, Marion Il. on October 21, 2017/ *Date and location subject to change.*
All formats involvement if they exist, are property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the participant. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected involvement or participation by mechanically reproduced formats, eligible, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged or delayed. Each person involved agrees to allow Sponsor to use your name, address, city, state, photograph, voice, videotape or any likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor may use the information provided by the participant to provide information on other offers, products or services, according to the privacy policy of Auto Credit of Southern Illinois available at 1100 W. DeYoung Street, Marion, IL 62959.
All decisions of Sponsor are final and obligatory in every sense. Winner will be invited to sign a release of liability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute its discretion any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred by winners.
