Harrisburg – New traffic signals are going up in Harrisburg. An IDOT release says that the new signals at the intersection of Illinois 13 and Old 13, or W. Poplar Street will be operational on Thursday of next week. They say that motorists should use caution in the area as work wraps up and be prepared for stops.
