Carbondale – The City of Carbondale is participating in DEA Drug Takeback Day on October 27th. The event will be held at both the Carbdonale Police Department and at the Kroger grocery store, giving the public the opportunity prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. The service is free and anonymous.
