Chester Man Behind Bars After Reports of Shots Fired

Chester – A Chester man is behind bars after allegedly firing a gun during an argument with his wife. According to a release from the Chester Police Department’s Facebook page, the incident happened Saturday morning at a home on Lakeview Drive when officers were alerted to a series of random gunshots. When they arrived on scene officers found 47-year-old Charles Hoskin highly intoxicated firing a gun outside of the home. Police were able to safely remove everyone from the home and eventually bring Hoskin, who had fled into the home when police arrived out of the home without incident. Hoskin is being charged with Unlawful Use of a Firearm and Unlawful Reckless Discharge of a Firearm.
