Benton – The Franklin County Board is holding a special meeting at 4:00pm at the Campbell Building on the Benton Square. The purpose of the meeting will be to open the proposals for the former Franklin County Annex Building on West Main. The building has sat empty since April 2017 when County Annex offices move to the renovated Campbell Building on the Benton Square.
