Paducah – A Metropolis man is dead after a two-vehicle accident in Kentucky on Sunday. According to a report from the Paducah Police Department, the accident happened when a vehicle being driven by Gary Little of Metropolis was traveling eastbound on Interstate 24 at around 4:30 Sunday morning when his vehicle left the road and hit a vehicle parked along the side of the interstate. Little’s vehicle continued, hitting a sign and rolling down an embankment, ejecting Little from the vehicle. Little was taken a Lourdes Hospital in Paducah and pronounced dead a short time later.
