Marion Infant’s Death Now Being Investigated as a Homicide

Marion – The investigation into a Marion infant’s death is now being treated as a homicide investigation. According to a release from Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti, his office is waiting for several reports, including evidence processing as well as medical records and autopsy results from out of state. The child, three-month-old Claude Aleczander Tobias O’Daniell was hospitalized on Friday night and was pronounced dead Monday at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. The child’s father, Devin O’Daniell, is being held in the Williamson Co. Jail on charges of domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery of a child.
