Benton – A Marion man is being charged in federal court on firearm and drug charges. According to court records, 39-year-old Randall Walker, who is also known as “Chop” or Pork Chop” has been charged with unlawful distribution of heroin and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charges stem from offenses that are alleged to have occurred last month in Williamson Co. Walker made his initial appearance before the court yesterday pleading not guilty to either charge. A jury trial will be held on February 11th. If convicted, Walker could face up to 30-years in prison.
