Carbondale – The Carbondale Police Department is investigating a stabbing that took place last night. According to a release from the CPD, the incident happened on the 700 block of South Lewis Lane at just after 4:00 when officers found the victim with non-life threatening stab wounds after a dispute with multiple parties. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital in Carbondale for treatment. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Carbondale Police at 457-3200.
