Pulaski Co. – A Karnak woman is behind bars in connection to a fatal stabbing that happened in Pulaski Co. on Friday. According to a release from the Illinois State Police, Deputies from the Pulaski Co. Sheriff’s Department responded to a reported domestic dispute in Karnak Friday where they found that 33-year-old Durial King had been stabbed. King lated died from his injuries. After an investigation officers arrested 31-year-old Kristie Brown. She is being held currently on one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of aggravated domestic battery. The case remains under investigation and further charges may be filed.
