Johnston City – The Williamson County Coroner’s Office is set to conduct an autopsy this afternoon on the body of man found Saturday at Arrowhead Lake Campground in Johnston City. A post on the Find Shawn P. Murphy Facebook page states that family has identified the body as that of Murphy. Forty-two-year-old Shawn P. Murphy has been missing since mid-December. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office has not released any other details at this time.
