Perry Co. – Authorities are searching for a Dowell man who has been reported missing. According to a release from the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, William Stroud was reported missing on Thursday. Authorities believe that it may be possible that Stroud was the passenger in a vehicle that led police on a chase into the Campbell Pond area of Perry Co. The driver and passenger both fled the scene on foot. Stroud’s family had not been in contact with him and reported him missing. An air search has been attempted with no results.
