Franklin Co. – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on the whereabouts of 42-year-old Allen K. Woolard, who was last seen walking away from a home in Buckner at 11 p.m. on Jan. 23. Sheriff David Bartoni says Woolard was last scene wearing a light blue t-shirt, blue jeans and a white bandana on his head. He is white, stands 5’9” tall and weighs 165 pounds.
