Franklin Co. – Four face drug charges after Franklin Co. Authorities went into a home in Christopher to speak with associates of Allen Woollard. Franklin Co. Sheriff David Bartoni says that deputies found drug activity in the home, leading to a warrant and the arrests of Brianna Parcell and David Barker of Christopher, Boren Johnson of Mt. Vernon and Mark Berger of Lemay, Missouri. All but Baker were charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth, Berger was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, Johnson was charged with delivery of meth and Baker was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker made bale. The other three are being held in the Franklin County Jail.
