Marion Man Arrested on Meth Charges

Marion – A Marion man is behind bars on meth charges. According to a release from the Marion Police Department, officers stopped a vehicle being driven by 30-year-old Jacob Diefenbach. During the stop officers became suspicious and searched the vehicle, finding meth and a stun gun. Diefenbach was arrested at that time. Officers later searched Diefenbach’s home and found more meth as well as packaging materials and drug paraphernalia. Diefenbach is being charged with three counts of delivery of meth, one count of possession of meth, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and endangering the welfare of a child. A court date has not yet been set.
