Carmi – The Illinois State Police are looking for information in locating a missing teenager from Harrisburg. 19-year-old Brooke Naylor was last seen in Harrisburg on Sunday with her dog. Her abandoned Chevy Malibu was found on the Eldorado-Ridgeway Blacktop about halfway between Route 142 and Route 1. Naylor is described as being 5-foot-3 inches and approximately 115 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
