Marion – Funeral Arrangements have been made in honor of Mayor Bob Butler. On Monday April 29, 2019 from 11am to 9pm, Mayor Emeritus Robert L. Butler will lie in State in the lobby of the Marion Cultural and Civic Center for the public to pay their respect. Additional time for visitation will be Tuesday April 30, 2019 from 9am to 12pm. On Tuesday April 30, 2019 at 1:30pm there will be a formal memorial service in honor of Mayor Emeritus Robert L. Butler. Memorials are preferred to flowers. Memorials can be made to the following entities:
