Franklin Co. – No injuries are being reported after two vehicles had to be pulled from high flood waters in Franklin Co. last night. According to a release from the Franklin Co. Emergency Management Agency, rescue teams were called to the viaduct on Highway 14 in Macedonia last night where four people were rescued after attempting to cross floodwaters that are being estimated at two feet over the roadway. The Franklin County EMA says that during these flooding events drivers should use caution around flooded roadways and never attempt to drive through water. Turn around, don’t drown.
