DuQuoin – The DuQuoin City Hall and Library are closed after a vehicle drove into the building. According to a release from DuQuoin Mayor Guy Alongi, the accident happened at around 10:30 yesterday morning when a vehicle headed down Washington street lost control and left the roadway before coming to a stop in a part of the building used as City Council chambers. The driver, a juvenile was taken into custody before being released to a guardian. No injuries are being reported at this time.
