USDA – With the Memorial Day weekend approaching the US Department of Agriculture is issuing a recall on beef at the worst possible time. Aurora Packing Company of North Aurora IL is recalling nearly 62,112 pounds of raw beef products that may be contaminated with E. Coli. The recall includes multiple beef products packaged on April 19th bearing the establishment number of EST 788. Here is a full listing of recalled products.
