Benton – The Franklin Co. Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in finding a missing man whom they believe to be endangered. According to a release from the Franklin Co. EMA, Frankie Parrott was last seen recently wearing blue jeans, a tan shirt with an eagle on the front and glasses. He is described as standing around 5’6″ tall and weighing 200 pounds with graying long hair and green eyes. Anyone with information regarding Parrott’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Franklin Co. Sheriff’s Office.
