White Co. – Two are recovering following a single-vehicle crash in White County early yesterday morning. According to a release from the Illinois State Police, 28-year-old Lindsey N. Heffington of New Haven was driving south on Epworth Road just south of County Road 900 North at around 4:30 yesterday morning when she crossed over the northbound lane and hit the ditch on the east side of the roadway, overturning several times. Heffington was taken by ambulance to an area hospital along with an unnamed passenger. Charges are pending.
