Alexander Co. – Residents of both East Cape Girardeau and McClure are under a curfew due to still high flood waters. East Cape Girardeau placed a curfew at 10:00pm Sunday night and McClure followed suit at 10:00pm last night. Citations will be issued to anyone out on foot, in a vehicle or in a boat in the villages between the hours of 10:00pm and 5:00am.
