Two Harrisburg Men Behind Bars Following Tuesday Shootout

Harrisburg – Two Harrisburg men are behind bars after a shootout Tuesday evening. According to a release from the Harrisburg Police Department, Central Dispatch alerted officers to reports of shots being fired at around 4:35 Tuesday evening on the 1000 block of Dorris Street in Harrisburg. Officers learned that two men, 36-year-old Christopher Ward and 29-year-old Keiwan Taylor had both been seen firing shots at one another with handguns. Officers found and spoke to Ward near the scene, placing him under arrest. Taylor was later found at a nearby home and also placed under arrest,. Both men are being held in the Saline Co. Jail.
