ISP – One is dead following a single vehicle accident in Washington Co. on Saturday. According to a release from the Illinois State Police, a vehicle being driven by 48-year-old Timothy Johnson of Richview was headed south on US 51 near Baseline Rd when it left the roadway, hitting a driveway before overturning. Johnson, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
