Marion – For the second straight year the HUB Recreation Center in Marion is the recipient of a $4,900 “Make a Splash” grant to provide 150 students free swimming lessons. The HUB is one of 85 recipients of the grant, funded by the USA Swimming Foundation. According to a release from the HUB, the lessons will be held on every Thursday starting October 3rd and going through December 5th for students 18 and under.
