Chester – The City of Chester Water Department will be flushing fire hydrants starting Monday, September 16th thru Friday, September 20th during the hours of 7AM to 3PM and then Monday, September 23rd thru Friday, September 27th during the hours of 7AM to 3PM. During this time you may experience water pressure fluctuation, possible water discoloration and/or experience chlorine smell. The city is sorry for any inconveniences.
