MCLEANSBORO – The McLeansboro City Council will discuss multiple issues during Wednesday’s 6 p.m. meeting at City Hall.
The council will re-look at city hall renovation plans after the motion to continue engineering for possible renovations died at the January meeting, and also review new truck bids for the city’s electric department.
Council members will additionally consider adopting a net metering policy for city residents, which would establish the amount of electricity a home can put back into the system if it has means of self-generating power, i.e. solar panels.
The meeting is open to the public.
