INA – The Rend Lake College (RLC) board has voted to maintain tuition rates for the 2020-2021 school year.
During a recent RLC Board of Trustees meeting, the board approved retaining the cost per credit hour rate at $110 for the fourth straight school year. The last tuition increase was in February 2016.
RLC President Terry Wilkerson said the college has worked to keep costs down for students while maintaining a healthy budget.
“Affordability for our students is important to us and by not raising tuition rates for the fourth year in a row, we’re able to keep Rend Lake College as one of the most cost-effective options in the state,” Wilkerson said.
Fall registration for the upcoming school year has yet to be announced for the college.
