MARION – A Marion man was arrested Thursday following a tactical drug bust.
According to a release from the Marion Police Dependent, officers on the department’s narcotics unit, along with the Emergency Response Team executed a tactical entry search warrant following an investigation at a home on the 1200 block of Midway Court and recovered several bags of meth, a cannabis grow operation, psilocybin mushrooms, prescription tablets, ammo, packaging and weighing equipment and around $8,500.
As a result, 43-year-old Stephan King was issued citations for production of 20-50 cannabis plants, delivery of methamphetamine, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.
He was taken to the Williamson County jail and is awaiting a court appearance.
