CARBONDALE – The Carbondale Police Department is asking for help in collecting new coats and toys for children in the community; hosting the Annual Coat Drive and Christmas Store.
Christmas Store:
Carbondale Police are collecting toys for boys and girls ages one to 12 years old. Toys can be dropped offin the Carbondale Police Department’s lobby between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call dispatch at 549-2121 to make arrangements for another time.
Annual Coat Drive
New coats of all sizes are being requested for boys and girls ages one to 15 years old. Parents will be able to pick out a coat for their child at the Christmas Store. Drop-off sites and times are listed below:
- Carbondale Police Department: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Carbondale City Hall: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- University Baptist Church: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
