June 1st 6PM Explore the Seasons
Jackson County Extension office
402 Ava Road in Murphysboro
Why do we have seasons? Is it because of how close the sun is? How many hours of daylight we get or is it something else? The way we experience seasons within our region can vary from those that live in other parts of the United States. Join visiting Extension Educator Duane Friend as he explains why we have seasons, what causes the changes in daylight length, and where we see the sun in the sky.
Register for FREE here by May 31st.
